摘要本文采用DEA模型,以县域为对象,对2002-2012年江苏省能源效率和节能潜力的时空格局特征进行深入研究,结果表明:(1)该时段内江苏省能源综合效率水平较高,其经历先下降后又上升的变化过程;;(2)能源效率变差系数综合效率大于技术效率大于规模效率,三者都先上升后下降;(3)综合效率以苏州为中心向四周递减的“凸”型格局转变;技术效率最大地区主要在苏南,且向北慢慢降低形态;规模效率呈现中部的南北纵向高东西低的山脉型格局;(4)江苏省节能潜力呈现以徐州市区、淮安市区、高淳、宿迁市区和溧阳5县域为中心向四周降低的格局;(5)根据综合效率和累计节能潜力的分析,把江苏省分为高效率高潜力型、高效率低潜力型、低效率高潜力型、低效率低潜力型。50582

Spatial-temporal variation of energy efficiency analysis in Jiangsu province
Abstract
In this paper, the spatial -temporal variation of energy efficiency and energy saving potential in jiangsu province from year 2002 to 2012 were explored by using the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA model), taking prefecture-level county as the research area.found that: (1) The period of jiangsu province comprehensive energy efficiency level is higher, presented the volatility of fell before rising trend. (2)The comprehensive efficiency of regional difference of energy efficiency is more than technical efficiency is greater than the scale efficiency, all presented the volatility of rising before fell trend.(3) The spatial distribution of overall efficiency showed a pattern declining from suzhou as centered around the "convex",Technical efficiency biggest area mainly in the southern of jiangsu province, and reduce slowly to the north ; Scale efficiency present in the middle of the north-south longitudinal high and east-west low mountain type pattern;(4) The energy saving potential in jiangsu province present Xuzhou ,Huaian, Gaochun, Suqian and Liyang as the center to reduce pattern; (5) According to the energy efficiency and energy-saving potential, “High Efficiency and High Potential ”,“High Efficiency and Low Potential ”,“Low Efficiency and High Potential ” and “Low Efficiency and Low Potential ” were gotten pided in Jiangsu province.

江苏省能源效率时空格局特征
引言
提高能源利用效率,是实现可持续发展及节能减排主要途径。对能源效率的研究,只从国家层面进行评估是不够的,还要从更小尺度的区域层面进行评估[1]。这样更有利于提出有效且很容易实施的节能减排政策[2-3]。目前,国际和国内对于能源效率的探索,简而言之,就是下面一些方面:(1)能源效率对经济发展的影响的探索,其方法重点是能源效率效应的分解法和与其他国家对比分析[4-6];(2)目前通过对国家和省两个尺度的把握对能源效率时空格局进行研究[1-2,7-8];(3)对于能源效率评价方法的选择,一般选择DEA模型计算能源效率[9]。分析发现,当前把更小尺度的县域作为研究对象的比较少。本篇文章把整个江苏省作为研究对象,利用DEA模型和GIS技术,研究能源效率和节能潜力的时空格局特征,并依据相关数据对区域分类,以此达到提高各县域能源效率。 江苏省能源效率时空格局特征:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_38918.html
