摘要随着经济社会的发展，人民生活水平的提高，人们对于旅游的观念也随之发生转变。文化旅游日渐成为当今人们选择旅游方式的热点。本文通过文献分析法和实地调查法，以西北丝绸之路重镇张掖市的文化旅游资源开发模式进行了研究，通过分析发现，历史文化名城具有丰富且开发价值较高的文化旅游资源，合理开发文化旅游资源可以有效的促进城市的经济发展，在最后得出了历史文化名城开发文化旅游资源的对策和建议。41034

 The Cultural Tourism Resources’ Developing Pattern Research of Northwest Silk Road
——Taking Zhangye City as an Example
Abstract
With the development of social economy, people's living standard has been improved, so people for tourism concept is changing gradually. Cultural tourism become today's people choose tourism hot spot. This paper through the literature analysis method and the method of field survey, in Northwest Silk Road city of Zhangye City cultural tourism resources development model were studied, through analysis. it is found that, the historical and cultural city with rich and high development value of cultural tourism resources, the reasonable development of the cultural tourism resources can effectively promote the economic development of the cities. In the final draw of the historical and cultural city cultural tourism resources development countermeasure and the suggestion.
