摘要当今社会,人力资源管理是企业经营管理的中枢系统。而激励机制可以激发员工潜在能力,所以有效的激励机制能使人力资源的利用率达到最优化。如果一个企业要想获得长足发展,必须发挥员工的主观能动性,增强企业的凝聚力和向心力,让员工把工作当成一种享受而不是一种负担,让他们积极主动的投入到工作中去。公司应该利用激发员工的主观能动性、增强企业的凝聚力和向心力,以此来建立合理的员工激励模式。有了好的激励模式,将员工的潜能激发到最大化,这样公司就可以利用最少的人力资本达到最大的利益收益。也能让员工感受到自己的价值,更愉快更好的去工作。42353
因此,基于激励理论和马斯洛的需要层次理论,本文对沙特阿拉伯企业员工激励机制中存在的不足之处进行了探讨,分析了相关企业激励机制问题存在的原因所在,并提出了一些行之有效的解决措施来反思指导企业员工激励机制的完善。本文旨在为沙特阿拉伯企业的员工激励机制尽绵薄之力,充分调动员工的积极性,进而促进沙特阿拉伯企业及其经济的发展。

Abstract
Nowadays, human resource management is the management of the central nervous system. The incentives can stimulate potential employees, so an effective incentive mechanism enables the utilization of human resources to be optimized. If we want to get a business obtain long-term development, the initiative of the employees should be played, and the cohesion and centripetal force should also be enhanced, allowing employees to work as a pleasure rather than a burden, and to let them get into proactive work.
Companies should take advantage of the staff’s initiative to stimulate and enhance their cohesion and solidarity in order to establish a reasonable employee incentive model. Since a good incentive model will be excited to maximize the potential of employees, so the company can take advantage of the least human capital to achieve the maximum benefit income. Besides, it also has to make employees feel their worth and more enjoyable to work better.
Therefore, in this article, the author explored the employee incentive mechanism of the enterprises in Saudi Arabia and their existing problems, as well as put forward some effective suggestions. This article aims to do help to future research on Saudi Arabia enterprise employees incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, thus contributing to the Saudi Arabian company and its economic development.
