摘要艺术品拍卖和典当活跃于艺术品市场，对于拍卖和典当的相关研究也随之跟进，但关于艺术品拍卖与典当的合作模式的研究相对较少。艺术品典当融资作为一种特殊的融资渠道被市场所认可，但艺术品拍卖与典当的这种合作模式目前还出于一种起步发展阶段，本文主要从以下几个方面对艺术品拍卖与典当的合作模式展开研究：1.艺术品拍卖和典当的合作背景，即合作模式产生的原因。2.艺术品拍卖与典当的五种各具特色的合作模式。3.艺术品拍卖与典当合作模式运行过程中存在的问题及相关对策。本文意图通过对艺术品拍卖与典当合作模式的研究来进一步把握艺术品市场的发展内涵，试图梳理艺术品市场有关拍卖与典当方面的发展脉络。42597

Research on the Cooperation Mode of Art Auction and Pawn
Abstract With the development of the art market, art auction and pawn plays an increasingly important role in the art market. Related research on auction and pawn follow suit,but study on the art auction and pawn mode of cooperation is relatively small. Art financing pawn as a special financing was recognized by the market, but this mode of cooperation is still at the initial stage of development.This paper mainly from the following aspects of the art auction and pawn mode of cooperation: 1.cooperation in the art auction and pawn which is the reason why cooperation mode generated. 2. pawn art auction and five distinctive modes of cooperation. 3. The existing problems during the operation of art auction and pawn cooperative mode . In this paper, the intent of the study art auction and pawn cooperation mode is to better grasp the development dimension of the art market, try to sort out the art market auction and pawn aspects related to the development context.

艺术品拍卖与典当在艺术品市场中占据重要地位，林日葵认为，“虽然拍卖与典当作为小行业，不像其他支柱产业那样，对经济的发展起决定性的作用，但艺术品拍卖与典当在社会经济的发展中有时可以起到雪中送炭、融通资金等作用”[ ]。艺术品拍卖与典当的合作模式逐渐引起公众的注意，作者在其著作中把艺术品典当、艺术品与艺术品拍卖三者融合起来，作为一个系统和整体来研究，试图找到它们三者之间的内在联系，其中提到的绝当艺术品的拍卖就是一种典型合作模式。关于对合作模式运行过程的思考，薛慧卿在其文章中介绍了上海典当行与拍卖行的联姻案例，认为典当行与拍卖行的合作处于起步发展阶段，相关配套措施予以规范和引导非常必要。类似的文献还有很多，大多数文献都是分析传统的合作模式，新型的合作模式很少涉及。本文将主要介绍三种新兴的合作模式，在比较分析的基础上更好的理解模式的运行，分析合作模式运行中存在的问题并总结指出艺术品拍卖与典当合作模式的未来发展方向。 艺术品拍卖与典当的合作模式研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_43085.html
