摘要 本文通过对镇江地区的两所大学（江苏科技大学、江苏大学）的调查，分析不同性别、不同经济条件下城镇与农村学生在就业问题中优先考虑的因素存在哪些不同。调查结果表明：男女生在择业的优选因素上，女生考虑更多的是工作的稳定与安逸，更多的希望能离家比较近，有个比较好的工作环境。而男生更多的考虑的是经济收入的多少以及未来的发展机会。因这两所学校属于是技术类大学，男孩子更多的希望从事与自己专业相关的工作。对比农村和城市的学生，我们发现农村学生因家庭收入偏低的原因更多的看重经济收入的多少，而城市学生多的看重自己的兴趣以及未来的发展机会。51563

Probe Into the Optimization of College Students ' Employment
Abstract:In this paper, investigate students from two universities in Zhenjiang (Jiangsu Science And Technology University, Jiangsu University) to analysis the difference between those preferential factors considered by different students in employment, like boys and girls, students come from urban and rural with different economic conditions. The result we got as follows, compared with male students, the female students tend to consider job stability and comfort, and they wish the place they work is not far away from home, also a good working environment is necessary. What boys consider is the income they can get as well as the development opportunities they can get in the future. As both two schools are engineering college, the boys tend to engage a job that relate to their profession. And compare students from rural with students from urban, we could figure out that rural students always pay attention to the income for their family’s low-income, and students from urban would pay attention to their interests and development opportunities in the future.
