摘要文化产业是新时期南京市实施文化战略的重点领域，作为21世纪的无烟产业、朝阳产业，文化产业有着巨大的经济效益和社会效益，能够促进经济结构升级，加快城市转型。从戏剧与影视角度的研究，以南京市文化产业发展现状为背景，阐述了戏剧与影视当前的发展现状；也对其中产生的问题进行成因分析；在此基础上，结合政府政策、市场运作和剧团自身，提出发展戏剧与影视要提升产业集聚度、加强政策扶持、扩大对外交流、着重人才培养并坚持以质量取胜等相应的对策建议。51565

Abstract

Cultural industries are the key field of the implementation of cultural strategies in Nanjing. As the smokeless and sunrise industry of the Twenty-first century, it has enormous economic benefit and social benefit, which can help to  promote the improvement of financial structure and accelerate the transformation of the city. The background of this article is based on the current situation of cultural industries  in Nanjing and analysis from the perspective of drama and movie and television in the core layer of Nanjing’s cultural industries. It not only expounds current situation and  problems but also puts forward countermeasures of drama and movie and television. Such as industrial degglomeration, cultural exchanges with foreign countries, cultivation of talented people and thriving with high quality and so on.
