摘要城市生态环境是人类生活赖以生存的基础,随着城市化与工业化的发展,城市生态环境问题引起了相关人员的广泛关注;开展区域范围内的生态环境质量监测与评价,为我们了解该地区的生态环境质量状况,揭示其破坏的原因,指导该区域经济开发、环境保护和综合协调发展规划具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本文以2014年的Landsat 8 OLI_TRIS影像为主要数据源,依据2006年颁发的《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》的评价指标、方法,开展徐州市生态环境质量遥感监测和质量评价方法研究。首先通过遥感技术手段完成区域生态环境指标因子的提取(主要包括植被覆盖指数、生物丰度指数、土地退化指数、水网密度指数、污染负荷指数);之后,构建徐州生态环境质量综合评价模型,计算出生态环境质量指数(EQI),实现对徐州地区的生态环境综合评估和质量空间分析。研究结果显示:徐州市的生态环境状况指数(EQI)为67.13,状况良好。铜山县的生物丰度指数比较高,城市两边的都比较低。植被覆盖指数主要在丰县、邳州市地带较高,而城市中心的植被覆盖指数最低。土地中度退化的城市主要是铜山区、睢宁县。徐州生态环境质量恶化的主要是由于人类对土地资源利用不合理和过度开发、污染物的大量排放,城市绿地空间结构规划不合理等原因造成的。42695

Dynamic Monitoring and Evaluation of Eco-environment Based on Romote Sensing Technology-- Take Xuzhou For Example
Abstract
Urban ecological environment is the foundation to the survival of human life, with the development of urbanization and industrialization, the urban ecological environment problem has caused wide attention of related personnel; Area within the scope of the ecological environmental quality monitoring and evaluation, for us to understand the region's ecological environment quality condition, reveals the cause of damage, and guide the regional economic development, environmental protection and comprehensive coordinated development planning is of important theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the 2014 Landsat 8 OLI_TRIS image as the main data source, on the basis of 2006 issued by the "ecological environment evaluation specification (try out)" evaluation index, the method.ecological environment quality in Xuzhou city remote sensing monitoring and quality evaluation method research.First through remote sensing technology to complete the regional ecological environment index factor extraction (mainly includes five indicators: biological abundance index, vegetation index, water density index, land degradation index and pollution load index). building ecological environment quality comprehensive evaluation model of Xuzhou, and calculates the ecological environmental quality index (EQI), implementation of Xuzhou region ecological environment comprehensive evaluation and the quality of spatial analysis. The results showed that: the ecological environment situation of Xuzhou city index (EQI) is 67.13, in good condition. Tongshan county biological abundance index is higher, on both sides of the city is relatively low. Mainly in the venture, Pizhou area vegetation index is higher, and the index of vegetation in the central of the city. Land moderate degradation mainly Tongshan zone, Suining county city. Xuzhou quality of ecological environment deterioration is mainly due to the human on the land resource utilization is unreasonable and excessive development, large amounts of pollutants emission, the unreasonable structure of urban green space planning, etc.
