摘要边境快递在云南边境口岸发展迅速，已成为边境居民追求时尚和满足购物需求的一个重要途径。边境快递的催生为边境物流行业与跨境电子商务提供了新的商业渠道。目前省内边境快递在该领域刚刚起步，对中缅边境快递的研究处于摸索阶段。文章分析中缅口岸边境快递发展的主观因素和客观因素，并基于理论与实践相结合的研究方式，选择从创业者的角度以缅甸果敢顺丰快递为例，将其在发展中遇到的时效慢、价格差距大、时效慢、信息化水平低、政策支持不足作为研究内容。提出提升员工素质、完善管理机制、增加资本积累、加快信息网站建设等。可以帮助边境快递改革，促进边境快递健康发展。46694
