摘要：企业员工是企业发展的第一要素，但是，企业员工闲暇生活质量问题却没有引起企业家的特别的重视，而这恰恰是一个关乎企业长期发展和经济持续发展的重要议题。本研究对66名企业员工的闲暇生活状况进行了调查研究，发现企业员工的闲暇生活质量有待提高。论文最后部分对如何对员工闲暇生活质量低的问题提出了对策和建议。46944

Employees’ leisure life in sight of social workers’ view

Abstract: With the development of the enterprises, employees have become an important component of the enterprise that cannot be ignored. But the leisure life of these employees has not cause particular attention from the researchers and become a specialized research field until now. However, this happens to be a key matter of long-term development of the enterprises and important issues of the sustainable development of our economy. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 66 employees, and my questionnaire includes employees' leisure life quality. In my study, I found that, to a certain extent, the quality of leisure life of enterprise employees is not high. The last part of the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the low-quality leisure life of employees.
