摘要:中国虽然是一个能源生产大国,但更是一个能源消费大国是一个工业化的国家,我国单位能耗所创造的财富远远低于发达国家,单位GDP的能耗比国际水平高出许多,是世界平均值的3至4倍,本文将对一个德国独自公司进行节能的潜力研究。本文通过对公司的一年的能源使用情况,寻找出3个能源消耗最大的设备,分别为空压机,冷冻机和步进式加热炉,实地接触生产线,对空压机的排放的余热进行回收,通过寻访一些设备的使用情况对冷冻机进行了加装一个保温储水罐,原来是三台冷冻机出口3个温度的冷冻水,现在通过一个保温水罐的一个智能控制阀与回水不同比例的混合得到不同的三个温度的冷水,避免了3台冷冻机同时使用浪费了很多能源,通过对步进式加热炉的热效率分析,进行余热回收。遇到了没有锅炉参数的情况,但是通过红外测温计,发现烟气的温度在100度左右,并通过查找资料知道了这个加热炉原来就有烟气余热回收的装置,通过对比工矿灯和金卤灯的亮度比较,在保证车间亮度的情况下做出节能方案。47096
