摘 要绿色建筑作为未来建筑业发展的必然方向，它的重要性不言而喻。外国建筑师和设计师早就意识到绿色建筑对改变建筑业的发展起到决定性的作用，所以研究比较早。由于我国正处于城乡建设的重要时期，建筑面积大，需要的能耗大，所以发展绿色建筑成为节约资源，减少成本的唯一途径。本论文通过以下几章详细描述了绿色建筑的特点。

首先，第一章通过研究背景，目的和意义对绿色建筑进行概述，由于国外绿色建筑发展比中国早，所以通过国内外发展历程比较，可以为中国的绿色发展提供经验。

其次，第二章介绍现代绿色建筑的概念、特点，本章从三个方面详细介绍了现代绿色建筑规划设计准则规划，从五个原则表述了规划设计要点。

第三章从节水、保温隔热材料以及防水材料研究了绿色建筑所使用的材料，通过十几个技术介绍了施工技术，还探讨了我国的管理方法存在缺陷以及解决措施。

最后，引用大梅沙万科中心这个中国典型的绿色建筑案例，从选址、材料、管理方法和舒适度分析它的建筑特点。lf0074

Abstract

 Green building as the inevitable direction of future development of construction industry, its importance is self-evident. Foreign architects and designers have long realized to change the development of green building construction play a decisive role, the study earlier. Because China is in an important period of urban and rural construction, the building area, large energy consumption required, therefore, the development of green building has become the only way to save resources and reduce costs. In this paper, the following chapters describe in detail the characteristics of green buildings.

    First, the first chapter of the Green Building through research background, purpose and significance of the overview, as foreign green building development earlier than China, so the development process through the domestic and international comparison, can provide experience for China's green development.

    Secondly, the second chapter introduces the concept of modern green building features, this chapter introduces the modern green building planning and design guidelines for planning from three aspects, from the five principles expressed in the planning and design elements.

    The third chapter water, insulation materials and waterproof materials research green building materials used, by more than a dozen technology introduces the construction technology, also discussed the shortcomings of management methods and solutions.

    Finally, a reference to the China Vance Center Diminish typical green building case, from site selection, materials, management methods and comfort analysis of its architectural features.
