摘要近年来，随着三网融合政策的推进、IT技术的不断发展，意着三网融合即将驶入“快车道”，进入全面推广阶段。它的发展所带来的产业融合、信息技术的变革必定会促进电子商务模式的创新。本文以三网融合的推进现状和电子商务模式的创新困境影响因素为切入点，从业务模式、运营管理模式、营销模式以及盈利模式这四个角度研究电子商务的创新模式，总结三网融合给电子商务模式创新所带来的机遇，挖掘在三网融合背景下对电子商务模创新的思路。48247
