摘要近年来，我国的经济发展迅猛的同时，社会发展也已经步入老龄化。面对这种“未富先老”的严峻考验，我国必须积极发展老龄产业，理解老龄产业的内涵与特征，掌握老龄产业的发展现状与发展目标，重视其发展不平衡、认识不到位、供需不均衡、扶持不得力等老龄产业的发展困境，并对其进行成因分析。然后有针对性的完善老龄产业的政府扶持，给予老龄产业足够的资金支持，平衡地区间的差异；调查老龄市场做到有的放矢，增强产业的预见性；引导老年人转变消费观念，提高消费主体的积极性；构建老龄产业政策支撑体系，凸显加入的创新元素，走出一条具有中国特色的、符合我国老龄产业发展需求的道路。49214
