摘要本文结合了苏南地区文化的特点，通过调查问卷的形式抽样调查了苏南地区各高成长性企业的企业文化建设情况，分析了苏南地区高成长性企业的企业文化在企业高速发展过程中所起到的积极作用，对苏南地区的企业文化建设与整合进行了深入研究和探讨。另外，还将企业文化理论与高成长性企业相结合，探索了企业文化与企业长期经营业绩的关系和作用，提出了以培育企业精神为核心，以学习新组织为目标，以坚持贯彻先进文化为导向，以创新发展为精髓的苏南高成长性企业文化战略模式及发展方向。49419
