摘要随着知识经济的不断发展,人才在推动知识进步的过程中扮演着越来越重要的作用。企业的竞争重点也逐渐转向人才的竞争,更多的企业开始通过培训来提升员工的知识技能,充分发挥现有的人力资本价值,从根本上提高企业的核心竞争力。华泰重工(南通)有限公司在不断发展过程中已经累积了一定的培训经验,但在很多方面还存在一些不足,需要通过明确培训作用、将企业发展目标与员工培训相结合、进行培训需求分析、建立系统的培训体系、注重培训多样化以及加强培训效果转化等措施,提高其培训效果,继而增强企业竞争力。49418

Abstract
With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, personnel are playing a more and more significant role in promoting the development of knowledge. The focus of the competitiveness of an enterprise gradually falls upon that of man. More enterprises have begun to improve knowledge and skills of their staff through training with a view to giving full play to the current value of human capital and to enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Huatai Heavy Industry (Nantong) Co., Ltd. has already amassed a certain amount of training experience in the course of its continuous development. However, much remains to be done in many aspects. It should take measures to improve the effectiveness of the training, thus making the enterprise more competitive by being fully aware of the function of staff training, combining the development goal of the enterprise with staff training, conducting analysis of the demand of training, establishing a systematic training system, paying attention to the persity of training, strengthening the transfer of the result of training and so on.
