摘要随着钢结构在国内外的广泛应用，由于管理原因造成的工程事故越来越多。钢结构工程的安装工序复杂、技术含量较高，而且拥有许多贵重的设备，一旦发生安全事故，可能造成不可挽回的财产损失和人员伤亡。因此，必须重视钢结构工程的管理工作，并建立完善的钢结构工程管理体系。50125

本文在研究钢结构安装所需技术的基础上，结合工程实例对管理控制问题进行了探讨。首先，介绍了国内外钢结构施工管理的现状，对钢结构体系的发展、应用和存在的问题进行了阐述。然后，根据钢结构的特点，分析了钢结构安装施工的流程。之后，从质量管理和安全管理方面介绍了管理在钢结构安装施工中的重要性，并详细分析了其中的三阶段质量控制理论和全面管理。最后，针对施工现场容易出现的问题及产生的原因，提出了相应的防范控制措施和施工管理对策。

Abstract With the extensive application of steel at home and abroad, as the management of engineering accidents caused more and more. Structural steelwork installation process is complicated, high technology content, and has a lot of expensive equipment, in the event of accidents, may cause irreparable property damage and casualties. Therefore, we must attach importance to the management of steel works, steel works and the establishment of a sound management system.

Based on the research required for installation of steel structure technology, based on the combination of project examples for management control issues were discussed. First, the introduction of domestic and foreign steel construction management of the status quo, for the steel system development, application and problems are described. Then, depending on the characteristics of steel structures, analyzes the process of installation and construction of steel structures. Finally, the construction site is prone to cause problems and put forward corresponding preventive control measures and construction management countermeasures.
