摘要人力资源作为企业的核心资源,其重要性不言而喻。合理、有效的人力资源管理机制是企业生产经营活动良好进行的保障。而我国部分企业尤其是建筑施工企业的人力资源管理理念尚处于传统的人事管理阶段,不能与时代的发展、市场的竞争以及企业自身需求相匹配。我国建筑施工企业想要在各大承包商的激烈竞争中立于不败之地,则必须高度重视企业的人力资源管理。深化新型管理制度改革,认真落实相关政策,切实完善企业内部的人力资源管理体制。
本文通过查阅文献、整理数据、理论研究等方式针对我国建筑施工企业的人力资源管理现状作出相应分析,并对我国建筑施工企业人力资源管理存在的某些问题进行具体探究,继而提出针对性整改、应对建议。以期为我国建筑施工领域的发展略尽绵薄之力。50127

Abstract Human resource is the core resource of an enterprise, and its importance is self-evident. A reasonable and effective system of human resource management is the security of the enterprise which can ensure that production and operation activitiesis work well. However the concept of human resources management are still in the stage of traditional personnel management for some Chinese enterprises, especially for some construction enterprises. Their concepts can’t match with the development of times, the competition of market and enterprises’ own demands. If Chinese construction enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce competition between different contractors, they must pay more attention to the human resource management. They should deepen reformation of new management systems, implement the relevant policies carefully and improve and perfect the systems of human resource management within the enterprises practically.
This paper analyses the current situation of systems of human resource management in Chinese construction enterprises with these ways, such as consulting literature, collecting research data, doing reasarch on some theories and so on. In addition, this paper also makes an inquiry on some problems occured in human resource management in Chinese construction enterprises and then puts forward targeted suggestions. In order to development in the field of building construction in China to contribute my meagre strength.
