摘要建设工程的过程是非常复杂的，它的风险相比其他的行业要多许多。为了及时防范和化解工程风险，我们需要实施开展风险评估与分析，提高风险管理意识，加强建筑工程项目施工阶段的风险管理工作，掌握风险识别技术这些措施。

本文研究的主要目的是分析研究我国现阶段建筑工程整个过程中承包商所面临的各种风险因素，对我国工程建设起到参考作用和警示作用引起承包商们对建筑工程整个过程所面临的风险因素的足够重视。对建设工程项目施工方的三个阶段：一、项目跟踪、投标阶段；二、工程项目的施工阶段;三、项目竣工验收后保修阶段，这三个不同阶段存在的风险做了深入的分析和研究，提出了工程项目施工方风险的系统管理办法。50281

Abstract Construction process is very complex, it risks compared to other industries to many. In order to guard against and dissolve the risk, we need to implement risk assessment and analysis, improve the consciousness of risk management, strengthen the construction stage of construction project risk management, grasp the risk recognition technology of these measures.

The main purpose of this paper is the analysis of various risk factors on the whole process of the present stage of construction project of our country faces, to our country engineering construction plays a role of reference and warning of risk factors causing contractors are facing to the whole process of the construction of the enough attention. The three stage of construction engineering project construction: first, project tracking, bidding stage, construction stage; two, the project acceptance after the warranty period; three, completion of project, the existence of the three different stages of risk to do an in-depth analysis and research, system management approach is proposed to project construction risk.
