摘要建设工程的质量一直是人们普遍关注的问题，它不仅仅是判断建筑物好坏的依据，更是人们生命安全的保障。要想全面提升建设工程的质量不是一朝一夕的事情，它需要人们不断的发现问题并解决问题，这便涉及到建设工程质量的监督问题，一个好的工程除了需要一个好的施工方案和优秀的施工团队外，还得有好的建设管理体制贯彻其中。建设工程质量政府监督就是其中不可缺少的一环。建设工程质量的政府监督机构是收到政府行政机关的委托去执行这一只能的机构。这一体制保证了建设工程质量监督的实施。但随着改革开放的进一步进行，我国正坚持科学发展观，走可持续的发展道路，建筑市场也面临着高速发展，建设管理体制应适应时代的要求，进行符合时代发展的革新。50639
本文介绍了我国建设工程质量政府监督机制的建立以及发展，并借鉴国外先进管理模式，与我国监督体制进行对比，发现我国建设工程质量监督存在的问题，并为问题的解决提供理论参考。通过分析实际案列加以验证，以达到让我国的建设工程质量政府监督体制更加完善的目的，最终进一步提高我国建筑物的质量水平。

Abstract The quality of the construction project has been widespread concern ,it is not only used to judge whether the building is good, but also the guarantee of people's life security. It's not a overnight thing to improve the quality of construction project roundly. it need people to find and solve the problem constantly, which involves the problems of construction engineering quality supervision. A good project also need a good construction management system except a good construction scheme and a excellent construction team. Construction project quality government supervision is the indispensable part of it. The government supervision institutions of construction project quality is that which is entrusted by administrative organs to implement the function. The system ensures the implementation of the construction project quality supervision. But with the further reform and opening up, China is adhere to the scientific outlook on development, taking the path of sustainable development, and construction market is faced with high speed development, so the construction management system should adapt to the request of the ages, to conform to The Times development .
The establishment and development of construction project quality government supervision mechanism was introduced in this paper, and draw lessons from foreign advanced management mode which is compared with China's supervision system to find problems existing in the construction engineering quality supervision in our country, and providing theoretical reference for the solution of the problem. The analysis of actual case makes our country's construction project quality government supervision system more perfect. The further purpose is to improve the level of the quality of the buildings finally in our country.
