大学生“就业力”分析

摘要当前,我国大学生的就业形式十分严峻，其中一个重要原因在于大学生的就业力缺失。提升大学生的就业力具有十分重要的战略意义。大学生是中国重要的人力资源，其就业力对于国家的竞争力有着关键的影响。研究和分析大学生的就业能力，特别是从用人单位对大学生的要求方面入手，寻求大学生发展就业力的方向，不仅可以为分析当前大学生就业力较低的影响因素打好基础，而且对于研究和发展大学生就业力的有效途径和对策具有十分重要的价值。本文通过以镇江大学生就业情况的调查研究为例，分析目前大学生就业过程中的概况与不足，针对不足之处加以完善以寻求如何提高大学生的就业力。51530

Abstract With the popularization of higher education, the employment situation of college students becomes more and more serious. On one hand the number of graduates more and more, some graduates reduces the expected value still can not find a job, on the other hand, there are many enterprises under the banner of well-paid lantern could not find satisfying graduates. Occupation morality and ability to work on one hand enterprises complain about students, on the other hand, students frequent job-hopping, working condition is poor, lack of stamina, but also appreciate the employment after less than a sense of accomplishment and happiness. The reason is caused by the lack of employment of College students. In this paper, through investigation on the employment situation in Zhenjiang College as an example, analysis of the current situation and problems in college students' employment, for the deficiencies to be improved to seek how to improve college students' employment.

0 引言

自从我国大学扩招后，有一个明显的问题显现出来，这就是大学生就业难的问题，而且这个问题开始有越来越严重的倾向。一方面，大学毕业生越来越多，有的人降低了自身的需求、目标仍然找不到工作，另一方面，有的企业开出丰厚的报酬却找不到令人满意的员工。一方面企业抱怨大学生的职业道德和工作能力差，另一方面学生也频繁跳槽，工作情况不佳，缺乏工作后劲，就业后也体会不到工作的成就感和快乐感。形成这种情况的原因，正是因为大学生就业力的缺失。在能力结构上，大学毕业生并没有专门针对职业市场进行建构和培养，所以难以满足市场的需求。[1]因此，研究和分析当下大学生就业力，不仅有助于我们了解大学生就业力较低的影响因素，而且对于研究发展大学生就业力的有效途径和对策也具有十分重要的价值。大学生“就业力”分析:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_55184.html
