摘要在建筑工程中，工程变更不可避免。工程变更管理策略的运用，有利于减小工程变更对承包商的不利影响，并能为其带来额外收益。因此，工程变更管理及其策略的研究具有重要意义。
本文从不平衡报价、风险管理、索赔管理等方面，研究承包商在面对工程变更时的管理方法和策略，从而为承包商减小风险、增加收益提供可能。针对该问题，本文以现有工程建设项目的法律法规为依据，通过文献研究、案例分析等研究方法，从如下三方面进行了深入分析：
首先，从承包商的角度，对变更风险进行了全面分析，建立了风险管理模型，提出规避转移风险的方法。
其次，针对工程的前期阶段和施工管理阶段，以工程建设项目的法律法规等文献为理论基础，引入不平衡报价思想，运用案例分析，制定应对工程变更的管理方法及策略。
最后，研究分析工程变更的索赔案例，提出承包商进行索赔的注意细节，强调证据搜集的重要性。
通过上述研究，给出了承包商进行工程变更管理方法以及策略，承包商可据此可以进行合理的工程变更管理，减少风险，增加收益。
