摘要我国经济快速增长，各项建设取得巨大成就，但也付出了巨大的资源和环境被破坏的代价，经济发展与资源环境被破坏的矛盾日趋尖锐，群众对环境污染问题反映强烈。目前，我国的碳排放量是世界第一。而土建工程中的碳排放量在我国碳排放量总数中占了很大的比例。本课题主要是研究建筑在低碳排放的要求下如何进行项目管理。首先将低碳排放要求下的建筑管理模式与传统建筑管理模式进行对比，根据两者的不同提出解决方案，主要采用了全寿命周期的项目管理模式，在项目实施的各个阶段加以管理，实现低碳排放的要求。并在项目实施过程中发现并提出难点，及时采取相应对策来解决，最终将建筑的碳排放量降到最低，延长项目使用周期，节约资源，保护环境。51591

Abstract Low carbon means low (lower) of the greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide) emissions.
