南京市生态旅游分类管理研究

摘要：南京是全国著名的旅游城市，旅游资源极其丰富，然而旅游资源开发却存在诸多问题。本文尝试分析南京生态旅游开发存在的问题，生态资源得以开发的核心条件，通过对国内外多种生态旅游管理模式进行分类研究，分析其优势与劣势及各种模式的适用条件，借鉴其中的可取之处，并根据对南京生态旅游资源开发现状的分析，在原来的基础上进行经营管理模式的改进和创新，找出最符合其发展的模式。同时论述了南京市生态旅游分类管理的必要性，并结合具体的景区特点及存在问题，对它们所适应的不同的经营管理模式的合理性进行论证，证明其可行性。55603

Abstract:Nanjing is the national famous tourism city, extremely rich tourism resources.The tourism resources development, however, have many problems. This article tries to analyze problems of Nanjing ecological tourism development, the core conditions which make the ecological resources to develop , through classifying and researching the various ecological tourism management modes both at home and abroad, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages ,including,the suitable conditions of different patterns, draw lessons from the merit, Based on analyzing the current situation of Nanjing ecological tourism resources’ development, make some improvement and innovation in the original management pattern, find out the most appropriate development pattern. At the same time, the paper expounds the necessity of Nanjing ecotourism’ classified management, combined with the specific characteristics of the scenic spot and the existing problems, to which they adapt to the rationality of the different management pattern, to prove its feasibility.

1 引言

1.1 问题的提出

旅游业一直以来都是南京作为城市发展，拉动经济增长的一个重要产业，而南京丰富的生态旅游资源促使其生态旅游开发在众多旅游资源开发中占主导地位。然而，从南京如今的生态旅游发展情况来看，存在着以下诸多问题：一、对生态旅游资源的内涵、意义认识不到位，盲目开发、定位，资源管理不科学、不合理。二、旅游者素质不高，环境保护意识不强，造成景区资源的破环。三、旅游资源的规划、管理过于粗放，没有特色。资源开发的专业化水平也有待提高。诸多问题造成南京生态旅游整个市场的混乱和毫无特色，阻碍其良好发展，这也是本文提出分类管理研究的原因。南京市生态旅游分类管理研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_59936.html
