摘要 协同质量管理作为一种新的管理方法越来越受到国内外企业的关注。它强调以满足客户的期望与需求为目标,覆盖了产品生命周期中与质量管理有关的所有活动。本文以协同质量管理思想为核心,综合运用质量管理、协同学等相关理论与方法, 系统地分析了企业间的协同质量管理, 比较与传统质量管理的不同之处。在网络制造环境的背景下,从组织模式,协作过程,信息交互三个相互联系的方面,分析跨组织协作质量控制行为,实现不同组织的协同运作。最后以某制造企业机械加工车间中的应用为例,从企业内不同部门的角度出发,建立各职能部门与相关质量信息的耦合关系,实现不同部门的协同工作,保证了产品生产质量。通过协同质量管理思想的研究,对企业跟上世界先进的制造水平、迎接全球经济一体化挑战,具有很好的现实意义。58945

Research on collaborative quality management model
Abstract More and more domestic and international enterprises concern about collaborative quality management as a new management method. Collaborative quality management covers all activities of the product’s life cycle and quality management. This article puts collaborative quality management as the core part, integrates use of quality management, collaborative learning and other theories and methods. Analyzing the collaborative quality management of enterprises systematically and comparing the differences with the traditional quality management. Under the background of network manufacturing environment, analyzing the cross-organizational collaborative quality control behavior from three interrelated aspects, such as organization mode, collaborative process and information interaction, which realizes different organizations to work together. Finally, a manufacturing machine shop in application as an example. Establishing the coupling between the various functional departments related to the quality information from the perspective of different departments, which realizes the collaboration of different departments and ensures the product quality. Studying the collaborative quality management has a good sense of reality for companies to keep up with world-class manufacturing level and face the challenges of global economic integration.
