摘要：时间管理倾向和成就动机一直以来都是心理学界和社会学家们的研究热点，但是对于时间管理倾向和成就动机两者间的研究不是很多，本次研究通过对淮阴师范学院198名在校大学生的问卷调查，旨在初步探讨大学生时间管理倾向和成就动机间的关系。结果显示时间管理倾向与成就动机存在显著的正相关并且时间管理倾向的总分以及各维度（时间价值感除外）与追求成功的动机呈显著正相关，与避免失败动机呈显著负相关，成就动机等级在性别上没有显著性差异。59092

Abstract：The time management disposition and achievement motivation has always been a research focus in the psychology, social scientists, but the survey of the relationship between time management disposition and achievement motivation is not enough, this study of 198 college students in Huaiyin normal university is to preliminary discussion of the relationship between college students' time management disposition and achievement motivation, and provide theoretical reference for the university students' quality education. Results show that the time management disposition there is significant positive correlation with achievement motivation and the score of time management disposition and the dimension (except for time value) was significantly positively related to the pursuit of success and motivation, and avoid failure motivation has significant negative correlation, achievement motivation level there is no significant difference in gender.
