摘要：本文在阐述绩效评估的基本概念基础上，针对久一重工员工绩效考评系统现状和发展需求，设计了久一重工绩效评估评价体系，并在此基础上设计了绩效考核评估系统，详细设计了考核评估系统的功能、数据结构及系统流程，并进一步给出了普通员工的考核方案。本文的设计结果能够应用于久一重工的绩效考评，也将为我国类似企业的绩效考评提供借鉴。60348

    本文共分五章，分别为绪论，然后阐述绩效评估基本概念，以理论为基础对久一重工绩效评估指标体系进行设计，接着就是本论文的重点绩效评估系统的设计，最后是久一重工员工考核方案设计。

Title    Performance Evaluation System Design of Jiuyi    Corporation                                                 

Abstract   This paper describes the basic concepts of performance evaluation, based on the staff performance appraisal system for the Jiuyi situation and development needs, design and performance evaluation of the Jiuyi evaluation system, and based on the design of performance appraisal evaluation system, the detailed design of the examination and evaluation system function , data structures and system processes, and further gives the general staff appraisal scheme. This design results can be applied to Jiuyi's performance evaluation, but also for the performance evaluation of a similar enterprise to provide reference.

   This paper is pided into five chapters, namely the introduction, and then expounded the basic concepts of performance evaluation, theory-based performance evaluation index system for Jiuyi to design, then the focus of this paper is performance evaluation system design, and finally the Jiuyi staff appraisal scheme design.
