  应用型高校大学生职业规划存在的问题及对策———以上海应用技术学院学生为例
摘要：大学生是社会的一个特殊群体，是正在或已经接受过大学教育的人，是社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体，国家培养的高级专业人才。
职业生涯规划是指个人和组织相结合，在对一个人职业生涯的主客观条进行测定、分析、总结研究的基础上，对自己的兴趣、爱好、能力、特长、经历及不足等各方面进行综合分析与权衡，结合时代特点，根据自己的职业倾向，确定其最佳的职业奋斗目标，并为实现这一目标做出行之有效的安排。在职业规划的过程，很多大学生对职业规划存在很多的问题。8496
如何发现这些问题，并相对应找到解决方案，是本文的主要目的。为大学生职业规划碰到的一些问题有一定的参考意义。
