摘要 随着经济的发展，企业资源均衡是项目管理中的一个重要问题，充分考虑资源的均衡使用，可以保证项目的顺利进行，使成本得到降低。本文以仙龙公司粮食机械生产装配车间为背景，通过前期的调研和数据分析，将关键链引入该装配车间的多资源均衡优化的研究之中。 基于关键链的多资源均衡优化问题的核心在于保持在项目的工期固定不变的情况下，合理地调整项目计划网络中的任务，使资源的消耗量在项目工期的范围内趋于均衡，即资源消耗曲线趋于平稳。通过对资源的模糊处理，使多资源归一化，结合资源均衡指标 RLI，建立符合该公司粮机生产项目多资源均衡优化模型。结果表明，在该公司粮机的生产管理中应用关键链技术，进行资源均衡优化，可以有效地实现资源的合理配置，从而达到降低成本和防止项目拖期的目标。 62311

Research on Xian long machine company about resources equilibrium optimization problem by critical chain management Abstract This paper systematically introduces the theory and application of critical Chain Management and how to use it under the limitation of multiple resources based on TOC. The paper uses critical chain management rather than PERT to solve problems. Also, this paper tells the condition of Xian long machine company. At last, I do a lot of research on this company when I work in this company during this march. So, I get the data of what I want about the machine of food production. I can use the technology of critical chain management to resource balance optimization according to the data. The most important is the way to cut down the buffer and making sure how to get the optimal network planning of food machine’s production. And I will provide this method to Xian long machine company to practice in food machine’s production. According to the truth, critical chain management is very effective in food machine’s production and it will cut down the cost significantly.
