摘要近年来，大学生中性化逐渐成为一种大学校园中的流行现象，这种现象的形成是家庭教育、社会发展、学校环境和个人个性化追求等多方面因素综合作用的结果，对于大学生所表现出来的中性化现象，我们要看到它的积极影响和消极影响，应该通过加强性别平等教育和性别角色教育，引导大学生培养双性化气质。基于此，笔者以南京理工大学为例，深入分析了大学生中性化的表现现状及教育策略。66417

Abstract
In recent years, college students neutralization has gradually become a popular phenomenon in the university campus, the formation of this phenomenon is the family education, social development and school environment and personal pursuit is a result of the combined action of various factors such as inpiduation, shown by neutralization phenomenon for college students, we should see its positive influence and negative influence, should be through strengthen the gender equality education, and gender role education, guide students to develop a double gender temperament. Based on this, the author with nanjing university of science and technology as an example, analyzes the present situation of college students neutralization performance and education strategy.
