摘  要：移动旅游电子商务的出现，给消费者带来了极大的便利，随着传统的预订模式被慢慢取代，更具个性化的旅游产品及服务也随之诞生，旅游市场得到进一步的细分和扩展，整个行业的市场体量激增，并伴随着竞争快速成长着。文章主要通过从消费者、服务、旅行社收益、竞争力、经营方式和客源市场的角度探讨移动电子商务带给旅行社的积极影响，以及在法律道德、行业垄断、技术安全、诚信和资料泄漏等方面存在的负面影响，结合淮安地区智能手机用户的切身体验，以问卷调查形式作为文章论据，希望能够借用文章中的论点与结论，为正在创建移动旅游电子商务平台的旅行社带来启发。67836

Abstract:The emergence of Mobile Tourism Electronic Commerce,bring great convenience to consumers. With the traditional mode of reservation has been slowly replaced, more personalized kind of tourism products and services  was born. The tourism market will be further subpided and extended. Along with the rapid growth of competition, the whole industry market developes rapidly. This article mainly focuses on the angles of consumers, services, income, market competitiveness, business and tourist market, to investigate the positive influence of mobile e-commerce to the travel agency, and the negative influence of the legal ethics, monopoly, security, integrity and data leakage etc. Combined with Huai'an intelligent mobile phone user experience, use questionnaire surveys as the argument, I hope to borrow the ideas and conclusions in this paper, that we can bring inspiration for travel agencies that want to creat Mobile travel e-commerce platform.
