我国农村土地征用过程中存在的问题与对策研究

摘要自改革开放以来，中国经济得到了飞速的发展，并且一步步的从农业大国向工业大国转变。在这一转变过程中，不可避免的存在将农业用地、居民住地转化为工业用地、绿化林地的现象，这就涉及到了土地的征用问题。然而近年来在土地征用过程中，各种问题不断涌现，除出现了大量的钉子户以及众多的征地纠纷外，大量农村剩余劳动力的涌现对人力市场造成了极大的冲击。而对于政府拆迁不当的言论更是甚嚣尘上，严重影响了政府部门在公民心中的形象及可信赖程度，因而如何有效的实现土地征收和城市化变革成为了政府部门亟需解决的问题之一。这篇文章主要是要找出我国农村土地征收过程中存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的解决策略，以求改善失地农民与政府之间的尖锐矛盾，转变土地征收状况，提高土地征收效率。68158

Title Study on the existing problems and countermeasures in the process of China's rural land expropriation

Abstract

Since reform and opening up, China's economy has been developing rapidly, and it does transfer from an agricultural country into an industrial powerhouse step by step. In this transition, inevitably there will be agricultural land, residents of residence into a phenomenon of industrial sites or green woodlands, this involves the issue of land expropriation. However in the process of land acquisition in recent years, problems continue to emerge. There are a large number of playing hard outside and a number of land disputes. Emergence of a large number of rural surplus labor force on the labour market has had a tremendous impact. People think demolition is imprope. Government’s actions seriously affected the Government's image in the minds of citizens and trustworthiness,, how to effectively implement land and urbanization change thus became one of the urgency problem that should be solved. This article is mainly to find out problems existing in China's rural land expropriation, and raise appropriate solutions to the issues, in order to improve acute contradictions between farmers and the Government, and improve the efficiency of land expropriation.
