摘要本课题通过实地调查，收集了十个具有代表性别墅区的园林景观数据，运用SD法得到的评价效果和实地调查得到的数据进行综合对比分析。结果显示，徐州市联排别墅与联排独栋和独栋别墅类型相比，园林景观综合评价得分最低。深入分析发现，联排别墅在生态绿化指标和居民心理评价两个方面低于其他两种类型别墅。联排独栋别墅和独栋别墅类型之间的综合评价得分没有显著差异。针对调查中发现的问题，本文提出一系列改善并提高徐州市别墅区园林景观的优化措施。68942

Villa Landscape Assessment and Optimization Measures in Xuzhou
Abstract
This paper investigated and collected landscape data of ten representative villas through field investigation, and compared the difference among villas using the SD method. The results showed that the landscape evaluation scores of townhouse is the lowest in three type of the villas. In-depth analysis，this paper found that scores of the ecological afforestation index and psychological assessments in townhouse are lower than the other two types villas. The comprehensive evaluation scores are not significant difference in united single-family villas and single-family villas. At last, this paper put forward a series of measures of improvement and optimization for residential landscape in Xuzhou.
