摘要近年来，观光农业成为现代农业发展的一种新模式，它将现代农业与旅游业 相结合，极具发展潜力。本文通过查阅相关文献资料与实地调查，研究分析了南 京市八卦洲地区观光农业的发展现状，以及区内 “江苏省栖霞现代农业产业园 区”的规划设计，从而总结了农业观光园发展中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策 与建议。本研究主要内容：从功能分区、园区建筑、生态环境建设和基础设施建 设等方面，对江苏省栖霞现代农业产业园区进行调查、分析与评价，最后提出八 卦洲观光农业发展存在的问题与发展建议。存在的问题：景观设计缺乏吸引力； 基础配套设施不够完善；服务人员素质有待提高；忽视对生态环境的保护等。发 展建议：朝着规模化、规范化、科学化、生态化的方向发展。69099

Investigation on the Development of Agricultural Sightseeing Garden  A Case Study of the Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Qixia, Jiangsu Province

Abstract

In recent years, tourism agriculture has become a new model of modern agricultural development, which combines modern agriculture with tourism, and has great potential for development. Through relevant literature and field  investigation, the current situation of the development of sightseeing agriculture in Nanjing Baguazhou area, and the planning and design of its "Qixia Jiangsu Province modern agricultural industrial park" were investigated and analysed, and then to summarize the issues existing in the development of agricultural sightseeing garden, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The  main  contents of this research: from the partition function, architectures of the park, the construction of ecological environment and infrastructure construction, to investigate, analyse and evaluate the modern agriculture industry park in Jiangsu Province Qixi, finally put forward the issues and development suggestions of sightseeing agriculture in Baguazhou. Issues: the lack of attractiveness of landscape design, imperfect basic facilities, worse service quality of personnel, the neglect of the  ecological environment protection, etc.. Development suggestions: large-scaled, standardized, scientific, ecological development directions.
