摘要设计规划该所选用居住地处于南京市下关区内，距离幕府山只有数百米距离，其西面为马叉河，其东面为到长江大桥的规划路，北面是环山旅游公路，规划用地一共占地51公顷。其中一期为19.5公顷，与此同时退后交通干线20米，马叉河5米，规划用地要求主要以多层设计为主，并适当安排小高层，且适当考虑别墅设计，容积率1.2~1.6。69181
