中国五百强企业的价值观研究

摘要改革开放后，越来越多的国内学者开始逐步重视对企业价值观理论和价值观塑造方面的研究。经过三十多年的发展，我国企业取得了长足的发展和进步，但在企业文化塑造方面，仍然存在着诸多不足。本文的研究目的在于总结和分析现阶段我国企业价值观建设的基本情况以及初步探索企业价值观与企业绩效指标之间存在的一些关系。为此，本文在对企业价值观内涵、功能和近几年的研究方向梳理的基础之上，详实地收集2011年中国五百强企业价值观数据和财务方面的数据。通过对这些数据的整理和分析，提炼和归纳出了现阶段中国企业价值观的结构体系，并将价值观与企业绩效挂钩，运用计算机统计软件，对价值观与绩效之间的关系进行了初步的探索。通过研究，笔者得出如下结论:首先，我国企业普遍比较重视诚信、卓越和创新等价值观。当然，不同的行业在其他价值观方面也有其不同的特点，比如采矿行业会比较强调“安全”这一价值观。其次，不同的企业其价值观与财务指标在某些方面是存在着一定的联系的。最后，针对中国企业价值观塑造方面的问题，笔者提出了自己的一些建议。65180

Title Research on values of Chinese enterprises -evidence from 2011 China fortune 500

Abstract After the reform and opening up, more and more scholars gradually began to focus on corporate values theory. After thirty years of development, China's enterprises have made considerable progress and development. But there are still many deficiencies in shaping corporate culture. Purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the basic situation of Chinese corporate values and preliminarily explore relationships between performance indicators and corporate values. In order to do this, based on summarization of definition, functions and research directions of corporate values in recent years, this paper collected at large 2011 Chinese fortune 500 corporate values data and financial data. Through the collation and analysis of these data, this paper refined and summed up the stage of construction of China corporate values, and then use the computer statistical software to explore the link between the values and business performance. Through research, the author draws the following conclusions: First, China's enterprises generally more emphasize integrity, excellence and innovation. Of course, different industries have their unique characteristics in corporate values. For example, the mining industry would be more emphasis on security. Secondly, there are certain links in some ways between values and financial indicators of different companies. Finally, concerned on shaping issues of Chinese corporate values, the author puts forward some suggestions.
