摘要:随着市场经济的快速发展,企业文化作为企业的核心竞争力,对企业的成败起着至关重要的作用。中小企业是市场经济建设非常重要的一部分,同时也面临着激烈的竞争。任何一个企业无论规模大小,为了长久发展,都应当构建适合企业自身特点的独具特色的企业文化。但大多数中小企业成立时间比较短、规模较小,因此存在对企业文化认识不够、投入不足、缺乏特色等原因,导致在其内部管理过程中并未起到其应有的作用。因此,中小企业应加强对企业文化的认识和投入的力度以及积极制定适合企业特色的企业文化,从而使企业文化在中小企业的人力管理体系中发挥应有的积极作用。49792

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Culture Construction of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract:With the rapid development of market economy, enterprise culture, as the core competitiveness of enterprises, plays an important role in the success or failure of the enterprise. The small and medium-sized enterprise is a very important part of the market economy, and it also faces the fierce competition. Any enterprise, regardless of size, in order to the long-term development of enterprises, should be constructed for their own characteristics of the unique characteristics of the enterprise culture.
