摘要大学生的就业问题一直是国家、社会关注的热点问题，而今年的情况更是不容乐观。不少企业不仅没有招聘计划甚至大幅度裁员，这就直接影响了大学生的就业情况。而本文则是以如今的热门话题——培训生项目，作为立足点，通过研究、讨论，来为大学生求职提供一些可参考的建议。本研究主要探讨性别、年级、学校、专业等因素对大学生在培训生项目理解上的影响。本文利用《管培生项目实施效果评价指标体系量表》，运用网络工具“问卷星”，编辑问卷，并进行发放与回收，共回收147份问卷，再对问卷数据运用SPSS 19进行分析，从而了解大学生对于培训生项目在理解、认识上的差异，通过这些差异，为目前就业问题提供一些合理的建议。65179

Title the Research on Present Situation of Management Trainee Programs
Abstract The problem of employment for graduates is always one of the hot issues for the country and the society. The situation of this year is not optimistic.Amounts of the enterprises fail to make any recruitment plans. In addition, some of them have laid off their employees, which will have a bad impact on the employment for the undergraduates.This thesis is based on the popular topic — Management Trainee Program. By the means of researching and discussing, some advices will be given to the applicants. This thesis is involved in analyzing the following elements, including the gender, grade, major, school and the direction. Taking advantage of the Internet Tools "Questionnaire Star" for collecting the questionnaires , I have collected 147 copies of questionnaires in all. From the analysis of data by SPSS 19,I have found some differences on different aspects. Some reasonable ideas are given to the graduates when they are looking for jobs, which are based on the findings from the figures.
