摘要研究合理有效的合同管理策略，建立一套完善的合同管理体系，做好合同管理工作，有助于降低承包商的合同风险，提高盈利能力。
本文研究了整个工程建筑过程，提出了承包商每个阶段的合同管理工作内容。在招投标阶段，承包商需要积极分析招投标条件，分析其中存在的风险，决定是否参与投标工作，采取合适的投标策略，争取中标。中标之后，承包商可以通过谈判等手段降低合同风险，并制定风险应对方案。在合同履行阶段，承包商可以通过合同分析和交底工作，使合同管理人员了解合同管理工作的注意事项，控制建筑工程施工的程序，并做好合同索赔工作，增加工程盈利。最后，一些工程案例揭示了我国承包商在合同管理上存在的一些常见问题，承包商可以通过相关措施，避免和解决相关的合同问题，保证工程的顺利完成。50822

Abstract Creating reasonable and effective contract management strategies, establishing a set of perfect system of contract management and having a good management of the contract can helps contractors reduce the risk and improve the profitability .
This paper has a research on the whole process of engineering construction,and puts forward the what the contractors can do on about the contract management on each phase. In bidding stage, the contractor need to actively analyze the bidding conditions and the risks ,deciding whether to participate in the bidding work and they should take proper bidding strategy to win the bid. After the the contractor was awarded a tender, the contractor should try to reduce the risk of the contract through negotiation and set up a risk response plan. In the construction phase, the contractor shoulde make the contract management personnel understand the key point of the comtract by the analysing of the contract and control the engineering construction process .They could also complete the contract claim work to increase the construction profit. In the end ,some of the common problems in contract management in China are revealed in some engineering cases, and the contractor can take relevant measures to avoid and solve the relevant contract problems and guarantee that the project can be finished smoothly.
