金属缓蚀剂由于在防腐蚀中具有高效、经济、适用性强等特点,现已被广泛应用到工业生产中。并且,随着绿色化学的兴起和人们环保意识的增强以及环保上法律法规的严格限制,寻求一系列新型高效且环境友好型的缓蚀剂已经成为大势所趋。药物缓蚀剂因为其高效、无毒以及对水环境微乎其微的影响已逐渐成为研究的热点。但使用药物作为缓蚀剂存在成本过高的问题,因此,本文主要研究将过期的药物及其副产品应用于缓蚀剂,达到既顺应清洁生产的要求又可以减少对过期药物处理的成本的目的。19109
本文以对羟基苯乙酰胺和1-萘酚为原料分别合成了药物阿替洛尔和普萘洛尔。利用旋转挂片失重法和电化学方法对两种缓蚀剂在酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能进行了评价。主要的研究成果如下:通过查阅文献确定阿替洛尔与普萘洛尔两种药物的合成路线,合成目标产品后,通过核磁、红外、质谱等检测方法对其结构进行了表征,确定产品纯度。
在缓蚀性能研究中,电化学测试结果表明:两种物质抑制作用与缓蚀剂分子在金属表面的吸附覆盖有关都是以阳极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。运用旋转挂片方法可知:阿替洛尔与普萘洛尔都是优良缓蚀剂,但是在同样的测试条件下,普萘洛尔的缓蚀效率高于阿替洛尔。

Title Study and Synthesis of two kinds of drug inhibitor
Abstract
Inhibitor with economy, efficiency, applicability advantages in the corrosion protection process, is now widely used in industry. With strict limits of people's awareness of environmental protection and environmental law, to seek a new range of highly efficient and environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor has taken more attention. Because of its efficient and non-toxic and minimal impact on the water environment,drugs as a green corrosion inhibitor have become a hot research. However, drug used as a corrosion inhibitor cost a lot, and therefore, we are mainly used the expired drugs and their by-products in corrosion inhibitors, as they can either conform to the requirements of clean production while reducing the cost of expired drugs treatment.
In the paper, 4-[3-[(1-methylethyl)amino-2-hydroxy]propoxy]phenylacetamide(Atenolol) and 1-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-3-(1-naphthalenyloxy)-2-propanol (Propranolol) were synthesi- zed by 4-hydroxyphenylacetamide and 1-naphthol, respectively. The corrosion inhibition of the two inhibitors for mild steel in acidic solution was evaluated by rotary weight loss experiment and electrochemical measurement .Main achievements were listed as follows:
By referring to literatures, we established the synthesis methods of Atenolol and Propranolol. after these compounds were synthesized,the target products were confirmed by IR, MS and 1H-NMR .
Form rotary weight loss test we can concluded that propranolol has better inhibition performance than atenolol under the same conditions, and both of them were all excellent inhibitors.
The electrochemical results revealed the inhibition process was related to the inhibition molecules covering on the metal surface, which mainly inhibited anodic steel dissolution. The two drugs were mix-type inhibitors which mainly inhibited anodic process.
