摘要本论文旨在利用液相法来实现氧化锌(ZnO)的镁合金化,测试合成的MgZnO合金的光学性能,表征其结构和形貌,探究氧化锌的能带工程,以及不同反应前驱物对氧化锌能带调控的效率。论文可以分两部分:
(1)分别以不同锌源和和镁源,加以适量十八烯、十二醇、油酸、油胺意密闭环境中加热制备不同掺杂浓度的MgZnO纳米晶,并用TEM、XRD,UV,PL仪器等对其形貌结构及光性能作表征。发现镁掺杂会使得ZnO发生形貌结构改变,在掺杂摩尔比在50%-70%会出现分相,由751方相变为立方相,并且在UV、PL光谱图中观察到明显的蓝移效应,说明镁掺杂使得ZnO得到不同程度的能带展宽。
(2)XRD、UV图进一步展开得到XRD-相分离的点、XRD-FWHM变化、XRD-a&c轴变化、禁带宽度Eg,分析讨论不同前驱物的反应活性,得出反应活性的关系:乙酰丙酮锌>乙酰丙酮镁>硬脂酸锌>硬脂酸镁。20257

Title Mg-doped zinc oxide and energy band adjustment
Abstract
This paper aims to gain Mg-doped zinc oxide by liquid method,test the optical performances of MgZnO alloy,Characterizes of its structure and morphology,explore zinc oxide band-gap engineering,as well as the efficiency of different precursors adjusting zinc oxide band-gap.Papers can be pided into two parts:
(1)Prepare different dopant concentrations MgZnO nanocrystals heated in a closed environment,with different sources and zinc and magnesium source respectively,adding the right amount of octadecene, lauryl alcohol,oleic acid,oleylamine,then detect the characterization of the structure and optical properties of their morphology with TEM, XRD, UV,PL instruments.Found Mg doped ZnO causes the morphology and structure changes occur:When the molar ratio of the dopant at 50%-70%,phase separation occurs,the hexagonal phase change to a cubic phase,and blue clearly can be observed in UV,PL spectra of the shift effect.It shows that Mg-doped can broaden ZnO bang gap in different degrees.
(2)Get thediagram of XRD-phase separating points,XRD-FWHM changes,XRD-a&c axis changes,the band gap Eg by further expand XRD,UV diagram,then discuss the reactivity of different precursors,derived comparison of their reactivity:Zn(acaca)2>Mg(acaca)2>Zn(St)2> Mg(St)2.
