LUMEX RA915大学生发汞浓度调查+文献综述

为分析个人生长地域、环境、饮食习惯等因素对发汞的浓度影响、分析我国居民汞的暴露风险,随机采集理工大学288名学生头发样品进行汞水平评估。实验要求参与者填写关于年龄、体重、身高、每周鱼类摄入频数以及平均摄入量、染发和补牙情况的调查问卷。使用LUMEX RA915测汞仪对头发样品的浓度进行测试分析,运用单侧 Fisher确切概率法对水汞和发汞进行相关性统计分析。结果头发样品中总汞浓度最低值为28.0ng/g,最高值为3380ng/g,均值为387.5ng/g,标准差为0.713.95%置信区间为187.3~448.2ng/g。总汞浓度为有18名学生发汞浓度超标,高于美国环境保护局制定的l mg/kg的限值。通过统计学方法研究汞浓度分别于地区、BMI、性别、补牙情况与鱼摄入量情况进行线性分析。结论:发汞浓度主要鱼的摄入量、补牙、生活区域以及性别显著相关性,而与BMI指数没明确相关。20555

Title    Hair mercury levels in students of  University of Science and Technology
Abstract
Objective to analyse of inpidual growth areas , environment, diet and other factors affecting hair mercury concentrations and analyse of mercury exposure of residents, mercury levels in hair of 288 students of Nanjing University of Science and Technology were assessed. A questionnaire including gender, height, weight, age, dental amalgam, and fish consumption is required. Using LUMEX RA915 concentration of mercury analyzer for testing hair samples were analyzed using one-sided Fisher 's exact test for water mercury and hair mercury statistical correlation analysis . The results of total mercury concentrations in hair samples lowest value 28.0ng / g, the maximum value of 3380ng / g, mean 387.5ng / g, a standard deviation of 0.713.95 % confidence interval 187.3 ~ 448.2ng / g. Total mercury concentration of 18 students have excessive hair mercury concentrations higher than the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to develop l mg / kg limit. The concentration of mercury in the region by statistical methods respectively , BMI, gender , dental conditions and fish consumption situation linear analysis . Conclusion: The hair mercury concentrations mainly fish intake , fillings, living area , and gender were significantly correlated with the BMI index is not clearly related .

1    引言
