摘要本文采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体、盐酸为催化剂、乙醇为溶剂,钛酸丁酯与水的摩尔比为1:3制备了TiO2溶胶,将该溶胶用浸渍-提拉法涂覆在普通玻璃上,在300℃、450℃、600℃下焙烧2.5h制备出了TiO2粉末和TiO2薄膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET比表面积、TG分析手段,对TiO2粉末颗粒粒径、晶型和热稳定性等进行了分析。以双酚A为模型污染物,探究了TiO2薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2粉末粒径为几十纳米;随着焙烧温度的升高,TiO2粉末中的锐钛矿相增加,在600℃时基本上为金红石相;随着焙烧温度的升高,TiO2薄膜的光催化活性先增大后减小,这主要是由于锐钛矿相的光催化活性较高。研究结果为TiO2薄膜的制备和在实际中的应用提供了一定的理论依据。21346

Title         The Study of Coating TiO2 Thin Film on Glass      
  Surface by Sol-gel Method                
Abstract
The TiO2 sol were prepared through the hydrolysis of butyl titanate and water(1:3,molar ratio) with hydrochloric acid as catalyst and ethanol as solvent by sol-gel method. The TiO2 sol was coated on glass through the dipping - pulling method, and the TiO2 powders as well as TiO2 thin films were achieved by calcined the TiO2 sol and TiO2 coated glass respectively under 300℃, 450℃, and 600℃ for 2.5 h.The particle size, polymorphs and thermal stability were measured by N2 adsorption- desorption curve, X - ray diffraction(XRD) and TG analysis. Bisphenol A(BPA) was selected as model pollutant to explore the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films. The results showed that the particle size of TiO2 powders ranged from 8 nm to 30 nm under different calcination temperatures. The amount of anatase phase in TiO2 powders increased at first then decreased with the increase of temperature. The anatase phase could not be observed at 600℃. With the increasing calcination temperature, the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin film first increased then decreased. This research provided some theoretical and experimental basis for the preparation of TiO2 thin film and its practical use.
