摘要:以淮薯淀粉为起始原料制备淀粉改性软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,研究反应条件对产品性能的影响。通过土埋试验考察产品的降解性能。淀粉在聚氨酯的制备过程中参与交联反应,随着淀粉行含量的增加,产品的降解速度加快,且降解的程度也越大。淀粉改性聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的热稳定性、和优异的生物降解性能。本文实验通过分别改变土埋时间和淮薯淀粉的加入量对聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行降解测试,发现随着土埋时间的延长,泡沫的降解程度随之增大。随着淮薯淀粉含量的增加,泡沫的降解程度随之增大。54260

Abstract: Huai potato starch as the starting material preparation of starch modification of soft polyurethane foam plastic, study the effects of reaction conditions on product performance. By soil burial test to investigate the degradation of product performance. Starch participation in the process of the preparation of polyurethane crosslinking reaction, with the increase of starch content of line, products of degradation accelerated speed, and the degree of degradation. Starch modified polyurethane foam has good thermal stability, and excellent biodegradability. In this paper, the experiment by respectively changing soil buried for the amount of time and huai potato starch degradation of polyurethane foam test, with the extension of soil buried time, the degradation of the bubble degree increase. With the increase of huai potato starch content, the degradation of the bubble degree increase.
