铬钴绿包覆云母珠光复合颜料的制备

摘要以TiCl4为原料,SnCl4为导晶剂,采用加碱中和法将TiO2前驱体沉积在云母上,制备云母钛前驱体,空气气氛中850℃煅烧2h后得到云母钛基材。再以Co(NO3)2•6H2O 和Cr(NO3)3•9H2O 为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备铬钴绿前驱体并将其包覆在云母钛基材上,空气气氛中800℃煅烧后得到复合珠光颜料。XRD和SEM研究结果共同表明,金红石型TiO2纳米粒子均匀致密地包覆在云母上;铬钴绿粒子以尖晶石相形式均匀地包覆在云母钛表面。并研究了不同的煅烧温度、铬钴配比、包覆率、掺杂(Zn2+,Ni2+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,Al3+)对复合颜料晶型、颜色和着色力等性能的影响。21679

Title    Preparation of chromium cobalt green coated mica  pearlescent composite pigments                     
  Abstract
Titania-mica precursor was prepared by a method of alkali neutralization with TiCl4 solution as the raw material and SnCl4 as the  polymorphs-directing agent .And the Titania-mica was obtained after calcination in air for 2h at 850℃. Chromium cobalt green was prepared by a method of chemical co-precipitation method with Co(NO3)2•6H2O and Cr(NO3)3•9H2O  as the raw materials.And the chromium cobalt green was obtained after calcination in air for 2h at 800℃.XRD and SEM studies show that Rutile TiO2 nano-particles coated on mica uniformly and densely and chrome cobalt green in spinel phase coated on the surface of titanium-mica. And the effect of different calcination temperatures,the molar ratio between chromium and cobalt,the coating efficiency and doping(Zn2+,Ni2+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,Al3+)on properties of the as-made pearlescent composite pigments were also studied.
