摘要本课题以7-羟基香豆素、乙胺、甲醛、溴丙烯为原料,通过改变反应物配比、反应时间、温度等条件,单因素实验得出最佳合成工艺条件。第一步——乙胺:甲醛=(2:1)和7-羟基香豆素在60℃下进行Mannich反应,反应溶剂为乙醇,反应8h,得到产物:9-乙基-9,10-二氢苯并吡喃并[8,7-e][1,3]恶嗪-2(8H)-酮(Ⅱ),产率:59.2%;第二步——溴丙烯:9-乙基-9,10-二氢苯并吡喃并[8,7-e][1,3]恶嗪-2(8H)-酮(Ⅱ)=(1.1:1.0),反应温度为60℃,反应时间6h,得到最终产物:N,N-((9,10-二氢苯并吡喃并[8,7-e][1,3]恶嗪-2(8H)-酮-9,10-基)二甲基)-N,N-乙基异丙烯基-1-溴化铵(DMEZAB),产率为69.3%。同时对红外、紫外、核磁的谱图分析,最终确认合成的产物为目标产物。通过失重法和电化学法对其缓蚀性能进行研究,结论表明缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率都达到90%以上。最后对其荧光性能进行测试,检测在水溶液里该季铵盐单体的荧光强度和浓度的关系,在水溶液中其荧光强度和浓度呈现出一次线性关系,线性关系式为:y=20.14x-0.26 ,R2=0.9936。

Title Synthesis and Evaluation of a fluorescent tracer inhibitor
Abstract
In this topic ,7 - hydroxycoumarin, amine, formaldehyde, bromine propylene as raw materials. By changing the ratio of reactants, reaction time, temperature and other conditions, the single factor experimentally derived optimum conditions, the first step --amine: formaldehyde = (2:1), with 7 - hydroxycoumar performed Mannich reaction in 60℃. the reaction solvent is ethanol, reaction time 8h, give the product: 9 - ethyl-9 ,10 - dihydro-benzo pyrano [8,7-e] [1,3] oxazin-2 (8H) - one (Ⅱ), yield: 59.2%; The second step -- bromopropene: 9 - ethyl-9 ,10 - dihydrobenzopyran and [8,7-e] [1,3] oxazin -2 (8H) - one (Ⅱ) = (1.1:1.0), the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, reaction time 6h, the final product: N, N-((9,10 - dihydro-benzo-pyrano [8,7-e] [1,3] oxazin -2 (8H) - one -9,10 - yl) methyl)-N, N-ethyl-isopropenyl-1 - bromide (DMEZAB ), in a yield of 69.3%. while the use of nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and other means to analysis the synthetic products, finally confirming the product synthesized was the target product. To study its corrosion inhibition by weight loss method and electrochemical method,Conclusions show that corrosion inhibition efficiency have reached more than 90%. Finally, tested the its fluorescence performance, detected the relation of fluorescence intensity with concentration of the quaternary ammonium monomer in aqueous solution. In aqueous solution, the fluorescence intensity and concentration showed a linear relationship, the linear relation is: y = 20.14x-0.26, R2 = 0.9936.
