Based on certain technological process, by designing and calculating the main size, pipe diameter selection and hydraulic loss of the structure (including grille, vortex grit chamber, A/O biological pond, horizontal flow sedimentation tank, sludge concentration pool), we complete the design of the process flow diagram (including top arrangement), the factory layout and the design of the main body structure of monomer figure.
The project investment cost is 182.22million yuan, which is technically feasible and economically reasonable. The process operation is simple, high degree of automation, operation and management cost is relatively low, sewage treatment cost is 0.25 yuan/m3;The whole process with a total investment is reasonable, stable operation and less secondary pollution, good processing effect, and low energy consumption, and achieve the tail water discharge standards.
After waste water processing, CODcr≤100mg/L;BOD5≤30mg/L;SS≤30mg/L; NH3-N≤5mg/L;TP≤3mg/L, which meet the secondary emission standard of  "the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard "(GB18918-2002).So that the contaminated water quality have greatly improved, which eliminate the pollution , achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and make the benefit of human.

1 绪论
1.1 概况
现今中国对污水的治理力度越来越强,每一年都有相当数量的污水处理厂和企业内的设施设备进行规划,更新,制造并用于实际生活中。本课题的设计对象是主要用来处理洋浦港和虹口港这两个地区产生的生活及工业污水的污水处理厂,厂址位于上海东北部,总面积达到310亩,每天的污水处理量大约为50万吨,属于超大型规模。根据资料显示,这两个港口总计有13个排水系统地区,其虹口港流域和杨浦港流域几乎各半。 50万每天某污水处理厂工艺设计+CAD图纸(2):http://www.751com.cn/huaxue/lunwen_14397.html
