摘要: 本文是年产500万米汽车密封件的车间工艺设计。本设计主要围绕汽车玻璃导槽的生产进行设计,即产品为汽车车窗上部和侧边的玻璃导槽。本次设计采用以聚丙烯(PP)为骨架、以无需硫化且环保的热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV)为唇边的复合挤出成型作为主要生产工艺,成型工艺还包括干燥、口模定型、冷却定型和切割。由于TPV具有热塑性,因此可采用一般热塑性塑料成型机加工,不需要特殊的加工设备。本设计的内容主要包括厂区平面设计、生产工艺流程、原料设备的选择和物料衡算,车间布置也是汽车密封条厂设计的关键。22629

The Process Design for Annual Output of 5 million meters of Automotive Seals Workshop
Abstract: This is the annual output of 5 million meters workshop process design of automotive seals. The process of the automotive glassrun channel is the main design which the production is guide for upper and side of the car window glass. The main production process is compound extrusion molding that based on polypropylene (PP) as frame and without vulcanization environmental thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) as lip. The molding process also includes dry, mouth finalizing the design, cooling stereotypes and cutting. Because the TPV is thermoplastic, which can be used generally thermoplastic plastic molding machine processing and needn’t special processing equipment. The content of this design mainly includes the factory plane design, production process, the choice of raw materials equipment and material balance. The workshop layout is crucial in automotive sealing strip factory design.
