摘要:【目的】分析探讨生物质炭施用对潮土理化性状及养分含量的影响,为生物质炭在农业中的推广应用提供一些科学依据。【方法】以如皋市农业科学研究所大棚示范区为试验基地,通过田间小区试验,研究了不同生物质炭施用量(0 t/hm2、5 t/hm2、10 t/hm2、20 t/hm2、30 t/hm2、40 t/hm2)条件下潮土理化性状和养分产量变化。【结果】生物质炭施用对土壤理化性状及养分含量有显著的影响。随着生物质炭施用量的增加,土壤容重显著降低,而土壤孔隙度、饱和导水率、有机质、全氮和速效磷的含量显著增加。高施用量(40 t/hm2)处理对土壤的物理性状的改良和土壤养分含量的提升效果较好,该处理下土壤容重较对照下降了10.62%,而土壤孔隙度和饱和导水率分别增加了7.53%和224.61%,有机质、全氮和速效磷含量分别提高了54.56%、22.58%和77.76%。黄瓜产量随着生物质炭施用量的增加均呈先增加后降低的趋势,生物质炭施用量为30 t/hm2时对黄瓜增产效果最好,该处理下黄瓜产量较对照提高了16.82%。【结论】在土壤中施用适量生物质炭可以改善土壤理化性状,提高土壤养分含量,增加作物的产量。26646

Effects of Biochar application on Moist Soil Physico-chemical Properties and Nutrient Content
Abstract:【Objectives】The mosit soil physicochemical properties and nutrient content after biochar applying were studied to provide a scientific data for the popularization and application of biochar in agriculture.【Methods】A field experiment was conducted at Rugao Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Jiangsu province. The biochar was incorporated into the mosit soil at the rates of 0, 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 t/hm2.【Results】Biochar application into soil had significant effects on soil physicochemical properties and nutrient content. With the application rates of biochar increasing, soil bulk density decreased significantly but soil porosity, saturated hydraulic conductivity, organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus increased significantly. When the application rate of biochar was 40 t/hm2, the improvements of soil physical properties and nutrient contents were more significant. In this treatment the soil bulk density decreased by 10.62% while the soil porosity, saturated hydraulic conductivity, organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus increased by 7.53%, 224.61%, 54.56%, 22.58% and 77.76%. The improvements of cucumber’s yield occurred a trend which increased at first and then decreased with the biochar application increasing.When the application rate of biochar was 30 t/hm2, the improvements of cucumber’s yield increased dramatically by 16.822% compared with the control treatment.【Conclusion】The application of biochar in moist soil can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, improve the soil nutrient content.and increase the crop yields.
