摘要:不锈钢具有优良的耐蚀性、耐磨性、可塑性,因此,不锈钢制品被广泛应用于化工、纺织、食品机械、仪器仪表、厨房炊具、医疗器械等。但不锈钢制品在机械加工时往往会形成一层灰黑色的氧化皮,不仅影响其表面质量,更严重影响其耐蚀性能。因此,不锈钢制品的表面处理就显得尤为重要,对其表面进行化学抛光可大大提高其耐蚀性能和装饰效果。不锈钢化学抛光的不同工艺会产生不同的抛光效果,最终影响制品的品质。化学抛光是不锈钢常用的表面处理工艺,与电抛光工艺相比,其最大的优点是不需要直流电源和特殊夹具,可以抛光形状复杂的零件;生产效率很高。就功能性而言,化学抛光可除去不锈钢表面的机械损伤层和应力层。得到机械清洁度的表面,这有利于防止零件的局部腐蚀,提高机械强度,延长零件使用寿命。5247

Therefore, stainless steel products are widely used in the indestry such as chemical, textile, food machinery, instruments and meters, kitchen utensils, medical apparatus and instruments, etc.But when stainless steel products in machining tends to form a layer of film of ash black oxide skin, not only affect the surface quality, but also serious influence its corrosion resistant performance.Therefore, the surface of stainless steel products processing is particularly important, chemical polishing on the surface can greatly improve the corrosion resistance and decorative effect.Stainless steel chemical polishing process will produce different polishing effect and ultimately affect the quality of the products. Stainless steel chemical polishing is the commonly used surface treatment, compared with electrolytic polishing technology, its biggest advantage is not need dc power supply and special fixture, can polishing of complex shape parts; The production efficiency is very high. In terms of functionality, chemical polishing to remove mechanical damage and stress layer on the surface of the stainless steel. Get machinery and cleanliness of the surface, it is helpful to prevent parts of local corrosion, improve the mechanical strength, prolong the service life of parts.

1 绪论
