摘要:聚氯乙烯可由乙烯、氯和催化剂经取代反应制成。由于其防火耐热作用,聚氯乙烯被广泛用于各行各业各式各样产品: 电线外皮、光纤外皮、鞋、手袋、袋、饰物、招牌与广告牌、建筑装潢用品、家俱、挂饰、滚轮、喉管、玩具、门帘、卷门、辅助医疗用品、手套、某些食物的保鲜纸、某些时装等。
根据生产方法的不同,PVC可分为:通用型PVC树脂、高聚合度PVC树脂、交联PVC树脂。通用型PVC树脂是由氯乙烯单体在引发剂的作用下聚合形成的;高聚合度PVC树脂是指在氯乙烯单体聚合体系中加入链增长剂聚合而成的树脂;交联PVC树脂是在氯乙烯单体聚合体系中加入含有双烯和多烯的交联剂聚合而成的树脂。
本论文主要介绍年产100万吨的聚氯乙烯(PVC)这种大宗化学品的生产过程和工艺,以及聚氯乙烯(PVC)的生产装置。经过乙烯氧氯化法的古德里奇法制取氯乙烯单体,然后就氯乙烯单体的聚合的悬浮聚合法和正式生产做出进一步的说明。5257

Abstract:Polyvinyl chloride can be made by ethylene, chlorine and catalyst through substitution reaction. Because of the fire and heat resistance, it is widely used in a variety of products: Wire sheath, the sheath of the optical fibers, shoes, handbags, bags, accessories, signs and billboards, architectural decorating supplies, furniture, ornaments, roller, throat, toys, door, rolling door, auxiliary medical supplies, gloves, some food wrapping paper, some fashion and so on.
According to the production methods, PVC can be pided into: General PVC resin, PVC resin of high degree of polymerization, cross-linking of PVC resin. The general PVC resin is made of vinyl chloride monomer under the effect of initiator of polymerization to form; The PVC resin of high degree of polymerization is the polymerization of the resin in the vinyl chloride monomer in the polymerization system to join the chain extender; The cross-linking of PVC resin is a resin comprising polymerizing dienes and polyenes cross-linker was added in the polymerization system of vinyl chloride monomer.
This paper describes an annual output of 1,000,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) commodity chemicals production process and technology, as well as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production plant.
